Location: Chibombo & Kabwe Districts, Central Province

Focus Area: Study

Summary: Community-based surveys and ecological sampling to assess climate impacts on smallholder farmers.

Details: 250 households surveyed; rainfall & soil data collected; participatory land-use mapping.

Budget: $45,000

Outcomes: Report presented to councils; bylaws on crop rotation piloted; data shared with Ministry of Agriculture.

2. SRH Mobile Outreach Clinics (2023)

Location: Serenje & Mkushi Districts, Central Province

Focus Area: SRHR

Summary: Mobile clinics delivering SRH education and services in rural schools and markets.

Details: 10 mobile outreaches; 18 peer educators trained; 2,000 condoms distributed.

Budget: $70,000

Outcomes: 2,300 youth reached; STI testing uptake increased by 55%.

3. Digital SRHR Peer Education Platform (2024)

Location: Kabwe & Kapiri Mposhi, Central Province

Focus Area: SRHR

Summary: A mobile platform for SRHR awareness, anonymous Q&A, and peer-led discussion.

Details: 1 app developed; 40 peer moderators trained; SRHR resources uploaded.

Budget: $120,000

Outcomes: 4,800 active users in 6 months; 82% report improved SRHR knowledge.

4. Youth Green Enterprise Incubation (2023–2024)

Location: Kabwe, Central Province

Focus Area: Capital

Summary: Training and seed grants for youth-led agribusiness enterprises.

Details: 25 youth trained in agribusiness management; 12 microgrants awarded.

Budget: $95,000

Outcomes: 8 startups generating income; 35 new jobs created.

5. Skills for Capital: Vocational Training in Solar Installation (2024)

Location: Mkushi & Kapiri Mposhi, Central Province

Focus Area: Capital

Summary: Solar installation vocational training for unemployed youth.

Details: 40 youth trained; 15 toolkits distributed.

Budget: $80,000

Outcomes: 30 employed in energy sector; 10 started solar businesses.

6. Community Reforestation & Watershed Protection (2023–2024)

Summary: Tree planting and water-source rehabilitation.

Details: 10,000 seedlings planted; 2 borehole catchments restored; 30 youth patrols formed.

Budget: $90,000

Outcomes: 40 hectares restored; improved water retention; biodiversity improved.

Summary: Annual youth festival showcasing culture, biodiversity, and conservation awareness.

Details: 500 youth participants; 8 eco-clubs launched in schools.

Budget: $25,000

Outcomes: Increased youth awareness; 5 schools integrated conservation into extracurriculars.
